Who is coaching designed for?

High-performing, reflective, ready to work between sessions, and want durable change—not just insight.

Do you work internationally?

Yes—sessions are on Zoom. I am in the Pacific Time Zone.

What is memory reconsolidation?

It’s the brain’s built-in update process. When we evoke a living emotional memory and present a precise contradiction, the neural learning can be rewritten, making the old response unnecessary.

Do I need spiritual beliefs for this to work?

No. Imaginal experiences are treated as psychologically meaningful whether or not you see them as spiritual.

How do I book sessions?

Booking requires an initial 15-20 free consultation. Use the contact form to set up your initial meeting. From there, instructions for booking will be provided.

How many sessions will I need?

 Most clients see meaningful change within 4–8 sessions in a few key life areas. Packages include short-term and longer-term support.

Coaching versus therapy?

This is coaching, not psychotherapy: no diagnosis or treatment. If clinical needs arise, I’ll refer out.

How this differs from manifestation or "reprogramming".

Some approaches try to replace unwanted feelings with positive thoughts, affirmations, or “high vibration” states. That can create temporary relief—but it often leaves the deeper emotional learning untouched. Deep Change Coaching is designed to bring about lasting change.

Is this hypnosis or suggestion?

No. You remain fully present and in control at all times.
