Principles of Deep Change Coaching

Many coaching methods aim to replace “negative beliefs” with positive ones through repetition, visualization, or suggestion. This work is fundamentally different. We see a particular distress as a coping strategy that needs to be acknowledged and even appreciated so that it can step back to make way for more successful life strategies.

Clearing inner pathways to a more fulfilling life and a more successful career.

Relationships: I work to help you relate to others more easily and with less conflict. When conflict arises, I have specific, highly effective tools to help navigate it. Less repeated upset, more flow, better communication and more productive relationships, at work and at home.

We don’t bypass, override, or manifest around the nervous system. We work with it, so old emotional truths can finally change.

We are not trying to manifest a different life
by forcing positivity.

We’re helping your nervous system stop expecting danger, rejection, or failure where it no longer fits.

No shaming emotions as “low vibration."
 
”No forcing affirmations over unresolved fear/grief/anger.
 
No “downloads” or messages that override consent, safety, or common sense.
